Dr Chee graduated from University College Dublin (UCD) in Ireland with dual degrees: Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery, and Bachelor of Obstetrics (MB BCh BAO) and Bachelor of Medical Science (BMedSci). During her clinical training years in Ireland, she was inducted as a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (MRCSI). Prior to returning to Singapore, she further solidified her academic standing by attaining a postgraduate Doctorate of Medicine (MD).

With a clinical foundation built upon a diverse array of demanding disciplines—including Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Anaesthesia, and Emergency Medicine—Dr. Chee brings a comprehensive surgical and internal perspective to her practice. This breadth of experience ultimately led her to pursue her true calling in Family Medicine, for which she holds the Graduate Diploma of Family Medicine (GDFM) conferred by the National University of Singapore in conjunction with the College of Family Physicians Singapore.
Dedicated to a philosophy of proactive wellness, Dr. Chee specializes in chronic disease management, minor surgical procedures and preventive care. She is a staunch advocate for patient empowerment, striving to bridge the gap between clinical expertise and patient understanding to achieve superior health outcomes through tailored medical and lifestyle strategies.
